Alexandre NEGRUS

Founding President of the "Institut EGA", he studied in the Master 2 International and European Law and prepares a University Diploma in International Criminal Organisations and Jurisdictions at the University of Paris-Nanterre. He is the author of the book "The European Union and Romania: Diplomatic Challenges" published by Edilivre in November 2017. He is also a municipal councillor in charge of Youth and Citizenship in Tournus.

Graduated from a master degree in international business (specialized in purchasing management - DESMA) and a master degree in international affairs, geopolitic & forcasting (IRIS Sup'), he focuses his analyses on business behaviors of States, nation branding, as well as economic and cultural diplomacies. His last master thesis was "How does cultural diplomacy supports economic diplomacy: the cases of France and China".

Then, she passed a master degree in international relations, with a specilisation in Latin America. Her master thesis was about the militarization of Amazonie.
Judith PROST

She graduated with a Bachelor of Law - Option Monde Hispanic at the
European School of Law of the University Toulouse 1 Capitole. She completed the
third year of this degree in Buenos Aires (Argentina), at the University of El
Salvador. Later, she completed a Master of International Relations specializing
in Latin America at the Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Grenoble. Her first-year
dissertation focused on the financing of French television, and her second-year
dissertation focused on the financing of French associations through the system
of calls for projects. After several internships in the journalistic and
associative sector, she is currently working for an association that supports
refugees in their professional integration.

Juliette PODGLAJEN
Co-Head of the Cultural diplomacy & Interculturality Department
After graduating from a bachelor's degree in politics and international relations at the University of Kent, she is currently finishing her master's degree in Strategy, Intelligence and Risk Management at Sciences Po Lille. Passionate about cultural representations, soft power and environmental issues, she is particularly interested in the influence of cultural industries and in State narratives on the ecological transition.

Paul PASSERAT

After two years of preparatory classes and an exchange in Denmark, he is currently a student in Master degree in « Geoplitics and Business » at Rennes School of Business. He is also a writer at Les Yeux du Monde.
Aude GREGORY-BILLET
Co-Head of the Europe Department
After graduating cum laude from a Double-Bachelor's
Degree in Law and Languages, Aude pursued her studies in the Msc International
Relations and Diplomacy from Leiden University and currently studying in the
Master 2 Law and Security Strategies from University Paris Panthéon Assas.
After several experiences navigating through NGOs, think tanks and French
institutions, she gradually specialised in rule of law responses to terrorism,
PVE and international cooperation. She currently writes her dissertation on
Italian mafia-type organised crime and European criminal law enforcement
mechanisms.
Karl HADDAD
Co-Head of the Eurasia Department
Co-head of the Eurasia Department, he graduated in international relations. Specialized in defense, security and crisis management, he completed his training at the Master's level at IRIS Sup'. Having Eurasia and more particularly the former USSR as a preferred area, he has notably carried out work for Novastan and for the French Institute for Central Asian Studies.

Magomed BELTOUEV
Co-Head of the Eurasia Department
Trained at IRIS as an analyst in international strategy following literary studies, he focused on the interactions between the Russian and Arabic-speaking worlds, particularly through the lenses of interculturality and the geopolitics of religions. This predilection was manifested by research on the "Eastern question" in literature, and then by two dissertations devoted to the politicization of Islam in the former Soviet Union. An interpreter of the Chechen and Russian languages, he is also an Arabic speaker.
Othman EL HADJ SAID
Co-head of the International Security & Defense Department
Othman El Hadj Said is graduated of a bachelor's degree in law and political science and is currently attending a master's degree in international security and defense at Jean Moulin University (Lyon 3). He has a strong interest for Indo-Pacific and presently, he is writing his research paper about the Sino-American rivalry and the resulting transformation of the international order. He is passionate about strategic thinking, geo-economics and China.
Clara PETIT
Co-head of the International Security & Defense Commission
Clara is currently a student in the first year of a master's degree at Sciences Po Saint Germain en Laye, specializing in both public action and international relations.
During her academic
year at the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM), Clara focused on defense
and security issues for which she is passionate and has a particular interest
in issues related to radicalization, terrorism and disengagement.

Clémence THUNE
Head of the Human Rights Committee
Holder of a Master 1 in Criminal Law and Criminal Sciences from the University of Paris Nanterre, she is currently pursuing her Master 2 in "International Criminal Justice" at the University of Lille. She is currently in charge of the Human Rights Committee. Passionate about international criminal law, she wishes to defend the cause of the International Criminal Court and is also interested in international conflicts and terrorism.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in History and a Master's degree in International Relations / Geopolitics from the Catholic University of Lille. He specializes in polar issues and is currently writing a thesis entitled "The Kola Peninsula, the bridge of Russian strategy in the Arctic".

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Nordic Studies from the University of Paris-Sorbonne and a Master's degree in Geopolitics from the French Institute of Geopolitics. This Nordic prism led him to live in Sweden and to specialize in issues related to the Baltic, Scandinavian and Arctic areas. He is currently writing a thesis entitled "Norway on the European energy scene" as part of a second Master's degree in Geopolitics and International Security at the Institut Catholique de Paris
Kaitlyn BOVÉ

Passionate about transatlantic relations, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science (EMEA region) from the University of Colorado in the United States. After spending a year in Hong Kong she came to Paris where she is currently completing her M2 in International Law. She is writing her dissertation on a comparative study of facial recognition in China, the United States and France, and is particularly interested in issues related to privacy rights at the international level.

Manager of the Economic Intelligence and Economic Diplomacy Commission, he obtained a Master 2 CCA at the Paris School of Business (Ex-ESG MS). He worked in the trading room for 1 year at Exane BNP Paribas then 3 years in Luxembourg at PwC (specialized in Asset Management and Private Equity). He is currently undergoing a new training at Skema Business School.
Also an entrepreneur and passionate about macroeconomics, he is interested in issues related to economic, industrial, digital or technological sovereignty.

Daniel PEYRONEL
Co-Head of the Geopolitics of Environment Department
Freelance science journalist, currently enrolled in a Master II Climate & Media at the Superior School of Journalism of Lille and the University Paris Saclay, Daniel has a bachelor's degree in human geography from the Goethe University in Frankfurt (Main), Germany. Born in Turin, Italy, he completed a first Master's degree in science journalism at the University of Paris in 2020. He writes about science, environment and geopolitics in French, Italian and German.

Co-Head of the Geopolitics
of Environment Department, Loris is currently enrolled in a Research Master in
International Relations at Sciences Po Paris. Following a Bachelor in Political
Science obtained in Paris, and a student exchange at Copenhagen University, he
specialised in environmental politics, with a specific focus on the European
Union. He was recently awarded a Joint Master degree in EU Trade and Climate
Diplomacy offered in partnership by LUISS University in Rome, and the Centre
International de Formation Européenne in Berlin and Nice. He writes both in
French and English on issues related to ecological economics, energy policy,
and European as well as global environmental governance.

of the Cartography Department, he holds a Master's degree in Globalization,
Spatial Dynamics and Sustainable Development of Southern Countries from Sorbonne
University. He is now preparing a diploma as an analyst in international
strategy at IRIS Sup' within the course "Geopolitics and
Prospective". He is the author of several articles on the cartographic
analysis of the electoral behaviour of linguistic minorities in Morocco

Camille DENIS
Head of the Audio-visual Department
He began his university studies with a journalism cursus, which he finished by obtaining his Master 1 at IEJ London as a Valedictorian. Then, he came back to France and he reoriented his studies by joining Sciences-Po Aix, where he got a first Master 2 in "Religion, Politics and Society", and a second one in "Public Careers". During these years, he was able to study thoroughly International Relations.
Pierre DEYRIES
Head of the Intelligence Department
Having studied business administration and marketing, Pierre started his career within large groups in the energy sector, where his interest in industrial sovereignty, world security and resource depletion grew. He recently graduated from Kings College London, where he obtained a master degree in Intelligence and International Security from the War Studies Department. He focuses on terrorism, radicalisation, cyberspace and systemic risks (notably the 'energy, environment, economy' nexus).
